Impossible to copy text from InDesign 2021 to other applications

It is impossible to copy any text from InDesign 2021 to other applications as Notepad or Excel.
Windows 10 v.1809.

To sum up the problem:
When copying any text in InDesign, the *Windows* clipboard becomes empty even if there was anything.
However, it is possible to paste *into InDesign* any text from InDesign and any other text from outside of InDesign.
Resetting settings using Ctrl-Shift-Del at InDesign start and changing settings “Copy/paste in PDF format” didn’t help.

I am having this same problem inconsistently. Its infuriating

For example I wish to export a page of indesign to a jpeg. I copy text off the page to use in the export dialogue box. When I paste in nthe export filename dialogue - Nada Zilch Nothing

Yes, as mentioned, you can copy and paste sections – I thought you might want a more comprehensive solution.

Thanks again.

It is a bug in InDesing. 

I tried to reset settings using Ctrl-Shift-Del at start, but it did'nt help...

I can copy selected text from InDesign 2021 (v16) and paste into Notepad, Notepadd++, and Excel.

At my PC it is possible only paste text from other apps into InDesign 2021.
From InDesign 2021 to other apps it is impossible.(

Thank you, but I don't neet tools.
I need general clipboard funktions that do not work in InDesign 2021.

At my PC it is possible to copy/paste anything only inside InDesign.
