Impossible to create a revision's link

Hi ! Indesign is telling me that I'm not the owner of the revision so I can't create a revision link that I want to share with proofreaders. It tells me to save it as a new document (which I did) but it didn't help.

Can somebody help me ?

Did you try to log-out your CC Account and log-in again?

What Version(s) of Software, OS etc. do you use in detail?

Did it ever work or just with this revision/document?
