In Design closes sometimes when changing font

Dear members of the Adobe community,

1st of all technical spec Mac Os X High Sierra on Mac Pro 3.5GHz 6-Core Xeon E5 32GB 512GB / In Design CC.

Problem :

Sometimes, not always, when this users switches fonts, Indesign closes no errors, no messages it's just close.

If anyone has a fix I'll be glad to hear it this problem is driving crazy my marketing team.
