In Design Menus flash and disappear in Mac OS Monterey 12.2.1

I just upgraded to Monterey, I have the most recent version, and my InDesign is up to date too.

I can't do anythin on InDesign because the menus just flash and dissapear (movie attached)

It doesn't happen to me. I'd suggest restoring your InDesign preferences and caches. Here's how:

Also, you didn't say what version of InDesign you're running. You need to be updated to InDesign 17.1.

Sorry, I thought I'd mention in my post that I'm running the most up-to-date version. Of course I would not bother asking for help if I was working on an older version.
