In Design Project Printing Pixelated

Help! My greeting card project in InDesign is printing out pixelated. I created and placed my vectorized image into InDesign and it looks great, but once printed on printer it prints pixalized. How do I fix this? Thanks

What format is the graphic? Did you place it or paste it into the file? If you placed it, did you keep the file? Was it deleted, moved, or renamed? What it modified but not updated in the InDesign file? Show us the Links panel.

I placed it from Adobe Illustrator! I have also tried pasting it, placing it as a PDF. It alwasys prints pixelated from In Design. When I print directly from Illustrator, or export the illustrator file as a PDF it will print correct. But whenever I try to print anything from In Design I am having problems.

I don’t have much to suggest, but others might if they had the same experience before. It would help to know what version of Mac OS you are using, what versions of InDesign and Illustrator, and what model of Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel). Could you share eitehr of the files you are using (Illustrator and InDesign)?
