in InDesign CC 2018 missing text direction

Hi

I installed the last version of InDesign and also update it to 13.1.
In the Preferences I chose English with Hebrew support.
When I can write in Hebrew but I don't have the ability to change from LTR to RTL - Because I don't have "change direction" buttons neither the character direction.

How can I fix it ?

Hi Shay,

Please follow this sequence to install English Hebrew version of InDesign:

Uninstall Indesign from Creative Cloud https://indesignsecrets.com/uninstall-reinstall-indesign-cc.php
Change the language in the Creative Cloud and reinstall InDesign again: Find and install Hebrew or Arabic editions of InDesign CC or Illustrator CC
Change the direction of text: Arabic and Hebrew features in InDesign

Hi Srishti,

Can we get the Text Direction button back? I design in several languages and need to switch between text directions. It's really inconvenient to have to uninstall and install a different version of indesign every time.

Sorry about the delay. You can use ME version for bidirectional text. Also, you may share this feature request here: Adobe InDesign Feedback. This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
