In the InDesign software, is there a way to add text and have the images move with the text

InDesign has a lot of anchoring controls, to the point where it gets very confusing when you're trying to figure out how to use them. Here's my example of what I think is the easiest way to anchor something:

• enable text wrap on the frame,
• position the frame, and then
• drag the blue Anchored Object Control widget to what you want to anchor it to.

As already mentioned - in order to have images moving with text - they have to be InLine / Anchored.

If they are not - then you either have to move them manually - or use a tool that will Anchor them first. 

@jane-e is right. Please provide an image of your project, and explain more clearly what the workflow is.

Short answer: yes, there are several ways to anchor images to text so when the text flows, the image goes with it.

Can you be more specific about what you need? Do you have any anchors now? Screen shots will help up to target a response.
