InCopy 2024 Can't Open Any InDesign Files

Just forced to upgrade to InCopy 2024. (And also update my MacOS to support it.) But InCopy 2024 is unable to open any vintage of InDesign files from Dropbox. Has anyone else encountered this? Makes it tough to copy edit ...

What happens when you try? What operating system?

 

We can't help you without some details without guessing. My only guess is that those files are not fully sync'ed to your local drive.  If that's the case, turn off  smart sync features.

Why were you forced exactly?
You can roll back versions if it was unintended
Rollback to a previous InDeisgn version

What OS did you update to? 

I don't believe Sonoma is compatible, it will be in the minimum requirements on their support page for installation requirements.
