Yep Bob - comes up without the error code on one of my older machines running 10.7.4

Please keep in mind that CS6 is unsupported under anything later than 10.10.

I'll try the forum- but since this is CS6 and not Adobe Cloud it's getting even more confusing....

I hear you. CS6 has long since reached end of life, so Adobe is no longer supporting it. (We will help here where we can.) I would think Woodwing would still be able to help, though. Let us know.
