Incorrectly started a new package instead of just upgrading my stand alone in design package :(

Hi I was trying to upgrade my stand alone "in-design" package to the "all apps" package.

Unfortunately ive ended up with two packegs in parrallel costing me £56 for all apps (including in-design) and now another £21 on top for in design again. 

Adobe want £100 to cancel my in deisgn package early 😞

Anybody know a way around this? can you email adobe direct ?

You'll need to contact Adobe support via the available support channels. There's no other way - but I'm sure they'll sort it out eventually.
