INDD Publish documents not showing in dashboard or dropdown to update

Thanks a lot for sharing this here. I completely understand how inconvenient it is to have to create new links every time instead of being able to update existing ones.

This was a known issue with Publish Online, but the team has since worked on it, and it should now be resolved. Could you please check again and see if your published documents are now showing up properly in the dashboard and dropdown for updates?

Help please.

The INDD Publish links work but the documents are not showing in dashboard or dropdown to update... so I have to create new links each time I have to edit the file.

This is a known issue with InDesign’s Publish Online feature—documents may not appear in the dashboard or update dropdown. Adobe is actively investigating the problem, so for now, republishing is the only workaround.
