Hi all,

I need to install the indesign 15 version. I have an Adobe subscription.

I contacted the adobe custumer service and they are not allowed to share link to the installer of this version.

I've tried to dowload it from various site, but th system doesn't let me install (says the sites aren't verified, so the installer doesn't work).

Whata can I do? I bought a new imac and I need this version for work..

Thanks.

Ok, good on the OS.

BTW, this site is managed by one of our Adobe Community Experts: https://prodesigntools.com. This is where we would normally send you, but when I went to check this morning it does say that you need to contact Adobe to access to downloaders and you are saying that is no longer an option.

Hi Claudia:

We are only allowed to download the current version and the previous version from the CC Desktop app. It was my understanding that if you reached out to Adobe directly, they would be able to provide the installers. You might want to give it one more shot, though if this policy has changed, I'm sure someone else will come along to verify that shortly.

As a side note, did your new Mac come preinstalled with Ventura? Note that version 15/2020 is only supported on the following operating systems.

  • macOS version 12.0 (Monterey)
  • macOS version 11 (Big Sur)
  • macOS version 10.15 (Catalina)

Thank you Barb,

My new mac came with Monterey and I haven't upgraded yet because I know the problem with indesign 15.

Hope to find a solution soon...

Thanks

Claudia
