InDesign 16.3.2: how can I linl two paragraph in same document

Hi, 

I'm wondering how can I made a link inside the same text file. I mean: in my documt I have 3 pages, One I wrote some text. Just one world of this text is a link to an entire paragraph on another page.

How can I do that?

a link, an anchor?

or what?
