Indesign 17.4 and Windows 11 22H2

Hi.

My windows 11 updated to 22H2 today. 

Indesign has crawled to syrup. Its really hard to use, trying to select text boxes, moving elements around all the usual stuff is really bad.

Task Manager is not showing unusual usage. Latest drivers for grpahics cards etc all installed.

Anyone else seeing this?
