Indesign 17.4 slow opening and saving files extremly slow

Opening and saving files is extremly slow since the update to 17.4 (17/8/2022). It takes up to a minute where it use to be a couple of seconds before.

In my taksmanager I see like 30 times 'Adobe CEP HTML Engine', I didn't had this before the update.

Anyone an idea whats happening and/or how do I solve this problem?
