InDesign 18.1 - Extensions (Pantone Connect)

The menu option Extensions is no longer available in the Windows menu eventhough it's 'visible' status in 'Menus' also there's no option to manage add-ons or extension in the Help menu. 

 

I have purchased the Pantone Connect libraries and I can't access it. Is there a workaround? Or when will this be fixed?

Hi @LC_2013 go to Window>Find Extensions on Exchange and try to download it from there.

I'd suggest restoring your InDesign preferences and caches. It often solves interface elements which are missing or mangled. Here's how:
