i uninstalled and then reinstalled the program; problem fixed

hello rishabh. i can not locate the Adobe InDesign folder to then find "/Version #"

and this dose not work either (i do not receive the prompt : While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
