Hello,
Data merge keeps repeating each entry 10 times and the "Records per Document Page:" is set to Singe Record and grayed out so the Multiple Record Layout is also not functional.
Any suggestions?

I just realized the problem! My initial InDesign file had 10 pages - hence the x10 repetition.
I guess in order to include the data I need, I have to make a separate file and link the resulting data merged file inside my brochure.
