InDesign 19.0 Crashing on Launch

Everytime I quit the app and try to reopen, I have the issue of it crashing immediately. I've had to uninstall and reinstall various times to fix this issue since its the only solution. I keep forgetting not to quit the program. Have there been any more updates? I've been having this issue since Aug-Sep and its frustrating
