InDesign 19.1 on macOS 14.2 / 14.3 - Text frame problems

Hello, 

In the last few days I have been having problems with InDesign.
At irregular intervals, the text frame always slips when I click on it (see screenrecording in the attachment).

I already had this problem under macOS 14.2. Now I've just updated to 14.3 and it's still there.
I have also tried to install old InDesign versions and have already deleted the cache.
Does anyone have the same problem or a solution as to why this could be?

I am using InDesign 19.1 on an 2021 MacBook Pro with M1 Pro and macOS 14.3 now.
