InDesign 19.5 crashes on opening using Mac Os Sonoma 14.6.1

Went through the FAQs in Adobe and nothing helps.

Unistalled the program and reinstalled with the same problem. It gets stuck during startup.

Anyone got a solution to this?

I resolved it by uninstalling the entire Adobe suite and re-installing it. NOT saving any presets or settings. That made it work again.

It's beyond frustrating that it's been almost a month since you posted this and others are still having issues without any real resolution. Adobe shouldn't have to be relied upon with workarounds. This is a tool we use for our livelihoods and you can't even get anyone on chat to help. Unbelievable.

Hello @GlacierMedia_Bangers just wondering if you found anything that helped? I'm having the exact same problem, tried so many old versions of InDesign but still no luck. It seems to just resolve itself but then the same thing will happening the following day. I can create a new document but can't open existing ones.
