I'm getting the spinning blue wheel continually in the top menu bar when making a pdf. It seems like there's a process that is not completed, but I sometimes get a pdf and sometimes an alert. any ideas? Running 19.5 on Sonoma 14.4.1

I think I’ve worked it out now. For some reason there was an issue and
therefore alert. I rebooted then remade the pdf with no issue but noticed
the blue wheel again. This time it had a different alert - and I couldn’t
see any reason for it. Have tried again and everything seems fine. Who
knows.

Also noticed I’m getting strange ‘ghost’ images/colour blocks in InDesign
that disappears if I minimise the window. 🤷🏻

And what alert do you get?

Try to toggle GPU Performance in preferences.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
