InDesign 19 Freezing and Not Responding After Basic Actions

The app constantly freezes for a little while after everything what I try to do.

I have 22 almost blank pages except for cover and 2 pages with plain text, used Allura font for headings text copied 1 image from browser to cover page and added PNG file I created in photoshop - linked from local folder.

That's all I have in the project.

Does anyone know what issue might be? Tried to restart my PC didn't help. I watched my CPU and everything from HW prespective is ok. Also the app often stop responding and have to kill it trough task manager..
