InDesign 19 interface flashing/blinking and Sonoma

InDesign interface flashing and blinking selecting text, moving objects, etc. Unchecking GPU performance in Preferences not available/grayed out. Any ideas? Thank you.

    There are already many discussions but in summary:

    • Turn off the rulers in InDesign
    • Turn on GPU Performance in InDesign preferences (may or may not be available and may or may not work)
    • Roll back to Ventura until it gets fixed making note that there is no way to know if this Apple or Adobe's issue to fix.
