InDesign 20.1 crashes when Review panel is opened

Question

I successfully created review link for the client. Client can see file online at https://assets.adobe.com/ and they did some comments. After edits are made, some new pages added I tried to update review link but InDesign crashed and contiunes crashing every time Review panel is opened. I reinstalled InDesign and problem remains. Check attached video.

My Mac:

M1 Ultra

64 GB RAM

macOS: 15.3

Hello Pedjan,

Thanks for sharing the details and the recording. I’d suggest submitting the crash report through the Adobe crash report dialog box (as shown in your recording) and sharing the email address you used for submission with me via DM on the Community. This will help me check on the backend. Here’s a reference: Adobe Crash Report Guide.

Additionally, does the crash occur with all files when using the Review feature, or is it specific to one file? Please try testing with a newly created file and let me know. If it’s file-specific, where is the file stored—on a local drive, external drive, remote location, or cloud? If possible, sharing a sample file for investigation would be helpful.
