Keeps crashing 4 or 5 times when opening indd file. After a while it works.

Sorry to hear about the repeated crashes. This is definitely not the experience we want for you. Could you please confirm if the crash is happening with a specific file or even when launching the InDesign app without opening any document? Also, let me know if the crash occurs right at launch or while performing a particular action like applying an effect or using a specific tool.

If you're seeing the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog box, please make sure to submit the report and mention your email address when doing so. Once done, kindly DM me that email so I can check the crash logs on my end for more details. Reference on how the crash submission process works: https://adobe.ly/3TEXU9Y
