InDesign 20.5 Cannot create package folders

Using InDesign version 20.5 on Windows 11 and getting the error message "InDesign could not package the document "XXX". Cannot create package folders.

You might try rebooting to see if the problem persists.

You might try emptying the Temp folders to see if the problem persists.

You might try resetting preferences, too. Here is a compendium of reset approaches.

Thank you Mike. I'll look at each of these ideas. InDesign worked correctly when it was version 19, but upgrading to 20 was the start of this issue.
