InDesign 2020 slow performance on macOS 10.14.6.

Is anyone else finding InDesign 2020 running very sluggish. We have it happening across our Studio on 5 iMacs and even the simplest of work (just 2 text boxes and some keyline boxes) and everytime we move or adjust layout the spinning wheel happens and seems to always have a 1-2 second delay before allowing you to complete the adjustment.

Any solutions?
