Indesign 2021 won't lauch

Hello,

I'm use Indesign 2021 (16.4.3) on MacBookPro M1 (2020 - 16 Go - Ventura 13.7.4) with Indesign plugins (EasyCatalog, FontAgentPro).

Especially when I'm in VPN configuration, I find myself stuck and unable to open InDesign. Even after 5/6 minutes or/and have emptied the cache and preferences or run a shot of Onyx.

Have you ever faced this problem?

Yesterday, i use Indesign 2023 for my personnal usage (Mac Book Pro 2018 - Sequoia)
I meet the same bug when i connected in Marseille (whereas I'm usually in Paris). No VPN.
This evening, I launch Indesign 2023 without difficulty.

Hello @RYR9,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you try updating InDesign to a more recent version and whitelisting/unblocking your Adobe apps from the VPN to see if it helps?

Thanks you for speed reply.
I don't update and use recent version. I'm in production (enterprise).
I started using Indesign 2024.
I'll talk to the IT department about the whitelist.
