Gracias

Hi Mari Cruz,

to clear preferences and caches you could visit the respective Version 17.0 folders in your personal User folder and delete them. Before do a backup. E.g. zip the folders. InDesign will rebuild them when starting the next time and launches with default values.

Preferences is at:

user > your user name > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > InDesign > Version 17.0

Caches is at:

user > your user name > AppData > Local > Adobe > InDesign > Version 17.0

To see the AppData folder you have to enable the file explorer to see invisible elements.

Ask Adobe Support Chat about it and tell us then what they do to help you with a bug.
