Indesign 2022 crashes everytime I try to export or use a Document Preset

Hello All,

Hoping someone can help. I have upgraded my InDesign to the latest version, however everytime I try to export the project i am working on the whole program crashes. I then need to close the program through task manager and start off from where I left off. The program also crashes when I try to use a document preset.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

I am currently using a Dell Precision 5820- pretty powerful machine.
