InDesign 2022 crashes when trying to Share for Review

InDesign is crashing with any document I try to set up for Share for Review, including trying to update links. It has done that at least 5 times in the last few minutes. I signed out of Creative Cloud, shut down and reopened my Mac, and still the same problem keeps happening.

Using Mac Pro 2019, with macOS Monterey - updated to InDesign v. 17.01 a few days ago.

Sorry about the crashing! I know that's really frustrating. I would request you to share a few more details like:

  • Submit the crash report by following the steps suggested here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/kb/submit-crash-reports.html).
    While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly.
  • Please share a sample file including links & fonts that causes the crash. You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link here or via DM.
  • Where is this file & its links saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)?
  • Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.
