InDesign 2022 Version Can't select the text in

Question

Hello-

I am new to the InDesign and I'm a student who tried to work on my Bussiness Card assigments in Adobe InDesign. Before I post here I did some sreearch for this problem whereas other poeple also got the same problem. But I didn't see.

My problem in Adobe InDesign is, I type what I need to type in front of the business card and I moved on for the back and I don't like the font so I try to change it by and I can't select the text from the textbox, and I can't type nothing in the textbox, however I can still type at outside of the textbox which is up left corner above my logo picture.

I don't have any "eorros" showing.

I tried to do the "Unlock all the spread"

I also quit the InDesign app and try it again

And I don't do any long text in the textbox.

Hi @NurmaKhan I see you don't have any replies yet. Sorry about that! Have you solved your problem by now? Are you using a paragraph style for your text? What is your Operating System and do you have any other problems working with InDesign? Did you look at your layers to make sure you have the right text box layer selected? Is there a text box on the Parent page? Did you start the document from scratch, or is this a business card template you are modifying? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps yet, like resetting your preferences? Let us know how it's going.
