InDesign 2023-2024 Crashing on start and while saving in a Citrix / FSlogix environnement

Hello everyone,

 

We're using Adode Photoshop, Illustrator and other software in a VDI environnement, using Citrix and FSlogix for profile container.

 

Since some time InDesign 2024 or 2023 crash half the time on startup and while saving. It seems linked somehow to FSlogix cause i dont have the problem when i'm using accoung not redirected. 

 

Does someone had the problem, or maybe resolved it ? I already reinstalled InDesign, cleaning folders and registry.

    I don't know, but for countless years I have seen that these large-file Adobe softwares do not work well on Citrix. The writing of so much data runs into latency problems and things fail. Adobe software runs well when installed directly on hard drive.
