indesign 2023

Hi - need your help

I was have all kinds of issues with TEXT WRAP dialogue box not viewing properly and I uninstall Indesign 2023 v18....... and was just hoping to reinstall it - Now I don't see it to RE-INSTALL - Yikes

I guess I hit REMOVE ( hoping to zap the preferences) instead of KEEP

Can someone help me reinstall 2023 Indesign - PLEASE
