InDesign 2023 crashing upon launch

Since downloading the new Mac Ventura 13.1 system my InDesign keeps crashing when launching it. I've tried repairing my disk utility, uninstalling and intalling it, and deleting preferences. I have something for work due tomorrow and I need to use InDesign, please help!
