InDesign 2024 lässt sich nur einmal öffnen

Ich kann meine neue InDesgin-Version (19.4) nicht mehr öffnen.

Die Installation hat geklappt. Einmalig geht das Programm auf.

Beim nochmaligen öffnen geht das Programm kurz auf, dann aber sofort wieder zu.

Ohne Voreinstellungen lassen sich ID 2024 einmal öffnen.

      Sorry to hear you are unable to open InDesign. We would like to follow up on the issue. Are you able to resolve the issue by following our expert advice?

       

      Have you tried signing out of InDesign and Creative Cloud Desktop, restarting the machine, signing back in, and launching InDesign from the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

      Hallo Harshika

      Ich habe vieles versucht, auch ein Neustart und eine Neuanmeldung.
      Ich kann InDesign 2024/19.4 nur öffnen, wenn ich die Voreinstellungsdatei beim Programmstart lösche.

      Bei einen nächsten Versuch das Programm wieder zu öffnen, kann das Programm nicht gestartet werden.

      Wo könnte das Problem liegen?
