InDesign 2024 UI Compatibility Issues on Non-Touchscreen Laptops

Hello.
I'm using Adobe Indesign 2023 as for a student. It's about the unlike for PC program's main screen. This version of program Indesign 2024 demonstrates a different workspace UI for tablet user. However, this version for tablet screen doesn't fit for common laptop screen. (Especially when I run on my previous laptop.) In this case, do I have to buy another laptop with touch screen or to change some options?

Choose a different workspace instead of touch.
