InDesign 2024 version crashes on launch on windows 10 machine

Every time i try to launch the program, it shows the starting logo and then it disappears . i did deleathe the preferences but that did not change anything.  the same thing happens with Illustrator 2025. I am trying to find a way to contact adobe rep but seems impossible.

Apologies for the crash—we understand how frustrating technical issues can be. To assist you effectively, I’d need a bit more information:

  • Version of InDesign and Illustrator: Did this start after the latest release?
  • Recent changes: Have there been any updates to your system, new app installations, or antivirus changes?
  • Other Adobe apps: Are they working fine?

 

Since you’ve already reset preferences, I recommend uninstalling the apps using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Please note that this will remove all workspaces and preferences, so consider backing them up before proceeding.

After uninstalling, reinstall the apps from Creative Cloud and let us know how it goes. If the issue persists, please share your observations.
