InDesign 2024 version crashes on launch on windows 10 machine

Every time i try to launch the program, it shows the starting logo and then it disappears . i did deleathe the preferences but that did not change anything. the same thing happens with Illustrator 2025. I am trying to find a way to contact adobe rep but seems impossible.

Version of InDesign and Illustrator: Did this start after the latest release?
Recent changes: Have there been any updates to your system, new app installations, or antivirus changes?
Other Adobe apps: Are they working fine?

Since you’ve already reset preferences, I recommend uninstalling the apps using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Please note that this will remove all workspaces and preferences, so consider backing them up before proceeding.
