InDesign 2025 is extremely slow on Intel Mac, how to download 19.5?

Hello everyone,
I’m having a serious issue with InDesign on my MacBook Pro 13" 2020 (Intel i5, Sequoia 15.7.3).

The problems started on version 2025, so I tried downloading 2026 and it was the same.

Even after disabling the GPU, deleting all caches and preferences (~500 files), the software runs extremely slow: scrolling lags, text freezes, zoom is choppy.

So now I’m looking to download InDesign 2024.

2024 is no longer available for download. How much RAM do you have in that machine?

I have 16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X RAM. Sorry, I’m replying here because it’s impossible to post. I’ve been trying for an hour.

Have you looked at some of the other discussions about this? I understand 21.2 which is rolling out, should fix some issues. Keep an eye out for it.
