InDesign 2025 running slow (and Photoshop?)

Hi all,

I noticed something, but I don't know if it is actually related.

InDesign 2025 on macOS runs slowly sometimes. 

Seemingly unrelated, but I go to Photoshop > Preferences. Everytime Photoshop patches, the memory usage is reset to 70%. I adjust it to 30% (of 64gb memory).

After adjusting Photoshop memory usage, InDesign runs faster.

Related? Imaginary? What do you experience?
