InDesign 2026 glitches

Question

The latest InDesign upgrade is very glitchy for me. The program is randomly shutting down - once or twice a day for no apparent reason. Additionally, while in the program, some text boxes simply disappear from view. I can move the text box and get the text to be visible again but this is getting really frustrating.

Is a program bug fix coming or should I uninstall and use the 2025 version?

The textbox issue is already fixed and available in the prerelease builds. See the following discussion for more details
