Indesign 23.6.0 build 62 crashing several times / day
Hello, good morning!
The problem is descrived on the name of this topic.
My colleague is working and suddenly the InDesign crashes, no error shown, just the message from Windows "Adobe InDesign stopped working and is trying to recover your information".
This happens 4, 5, 6 times a day. It happens in the same way with Premiere Pro but with less frequency.
Computer specs
HP Prodesk 400 G7 MT
Intel core i7 10700
32Gb RAM DDR4 2666NMhz
1Tb Samsung nvme SSD 980 Pro
Nvidia GTX 1050ti 4GB
Windows 11 Pro
Are this specs ok?
I know the graphics card isn't the best for the purpose, but, I thing that we will have the same issue with another model, meaning the problem is not the hardware but someting on the software, or on the file
We are using the studio driver from nvidia, updated.
What we can do to fix this problem?
Is really demotivating and it ruins the workflow.
