Question

Hola, intento hacer un proyecto para clase, el cual trata de una revista, lo he empezado hoy y ya van 3 veces que el programa hace que el ordenador "pete" y se quede congelado llegando incluso a ponerse todo el negro y reiniciar mi ordenador, es la primera vez que me pasa, puesto que es un macbook pro nuevo con mejor ram y gb no entiendo que está pasando.

Doy por hecho que mi problema es indesign porque con el resto de programas me he tirado horas y no ha pasado nada.

Hi Andrea,you should better trash Preferences and Cache folders. Both folders have the same name, eg. Version 16.0 when working with InDesign 2021, because InDesign 2021 is version 16. Both Version 16 folders are stored in two different file paths. For the exact location see:https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/indesign-preferences-support-file-locations.html Preferences:/Users/[User Name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version 16Caches:/Users/[User Name]/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign/Version 16 Quit InDesign.Either delete or rename both Version 16 folders.Restart InDesign.
