InDesign adding "Page" to text field name when exporting pdf

I have created a document in InDesign with fillable form fields on the master pages so when I export the PDF there will be fillable fields.  I want everything to that uses that master page to have the same form field, so when I type in one, all the other pages that use that master page are filled in with the same information.

The issue is when I export the interactive pdf, instead of just having "formName1"  it changes the field name to "formName1.Page 1", "formName1.Page 2",  "formName1.Page 3",  etc. depending on the page.   What can I do so that it doesn't add the .Page # to the field name when exporting the document?

Thanks!

So the solution I found was to group each page of form fields, then create a CC Asset for it, then drag it back to the page it needed it be on. I also tried to copy/paste the CC asset once it was on the page but that added the .page again.

This was the page I got the info from:

If you have a fillable form field you should have it on the page, not in the master. InDasign adds automatically a class to the form field name if it is found several times. On the pages you can manually rename them, so that from the same field are several instances. On the master/ parent you cannot do that.
