InDesign app doesn't open and icon is not in the MacOS launcher

My app crushes, doesn't open, I also lost my work which I can't recover because the app asks me to "reopen the app" to recover it and it always crushes, so I uninstall and reinstall. I already cleaned all the Adobe files, reinstalled InDesign and reinstalled also Creative Cloud. I have this problem just with InDesign.

either go back to InDesign 18.4 or 18.3 or update your operating system to macOS version 13.5.
