Indesign App Not Responding

My Indesign application won't open. 

 

All the rest of my applications are working ex: Illustrator, Photoshop, just not Indesign. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the application but it still won't open, with an error occured notification box appearing each time. I've sent a report from this box to Adobe but no solution appears.

 

Very stressful as I need to complete a project by the end of this week. How do I resolve this?

Do you have any third party plug-ins installed for InDesign? If so try disabling them.

Try to reset preferences: Launch InDesign while holding down the Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys [Windows], Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Cmd keys [Mac] until you see a warning message asking for confirmation.
