Indesign app won't open at all

I had problems opening inDesign. 2 versions on my mac (2022 + 2023 versions). I uninstalled 2022 on the cloud, now 2023 is gone off my applicationson Mac and neither 2023 will open from the cloud and 2022 says no program to open. Please help.

Were both versions running before? Does your computer meet or exceed minimum system requirements?

Have you tried opening the Creative Cloud desktop app and reinstalling one or both?
