Indesign : automate self-designed text frame

Hello

I have created a frame to highlight certain texts in a document. I would like to automate its design in order for me to enter text and for it to automatically adjust to the height of the given paragraph. Attached is a screen shot explaining visually what I would like to achieve. Is it possible and if yes how?
