InDesign broken links macbook liens cassés

Bonjour,

Lorsque InDesign travaille sur le réseau et que le macbook est lié au Domaine Active Directory 

celui "casse" les liens et est plus lent qu'un macbook non lié au Domaine Active Directory 

Un conseiller Adobe nous a dit que « La suite Creative Cloud n’aime pas travailler avec
les fichiers hébergés sur un réseau plutôt qu’en local ».

Hi @Vincent CHA pro ,

 

Sorry for the inconvenience. Though we have limited support on Network and VM-related issues, however from personal experience I would suggest you few things which you must check: 

  

·       Check if this is happening with your user account only or with multiple users 

·       Check if there is any Antivirus/Endpoint Security or if there is any restriction imposed by your IT Team. Due to this sometimes you may not be able to perform certain actions. 

·       This generally happens when network policies or Operating System is updated, check with your IT team for the same.

Hi Rishabh,

 

Multiple users ( about 5 using inDesign ) have the matter 

There are on macbook pro and no trendmicro antivirus, but 2 have landesk ivanti 

I am in the IT Team, and the only thin we have tested is to try indesign with a macbook out of the active directory and seem to be better .

So we have to rollback all or work with Microsoft  /  Apple / Adobe to find a real solution, or debbuging what is happing on the internal Network
